Job summary

The Arbor Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking caring caregivers for part-time shifts (3p-11p). PRN and rotating weekends available. You will provide personalized care to help seniors with daily living activities and support a safe, engaging living environment.

We value compassion and reliability. A High School Diploma or GED is required; at least 6 months of caregiving experience (CNA/HHA/PCA/DSP) is preferred. No license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have at least 6 months of previous work experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
