Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a full-time, on-site Caregiver in the Greater Cleveland area to provide non-medical support to older adults in their homes.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship while following care plans and maintaining documentation. Travel to client homes and collaboration with the local office are expected to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Caregiver role is based in Greater Cleveland and involves providing non-medical support to older adults in their homes. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with personal care (such as bathing, grooming, and dressing), supporting mobility and safety, preparing meals, and helping with light housekeeping and errands. Caregivers also offer companionship, engage clients in conversation and activities, and observe and report any changes in their well-being to supervisors or family members. The role requires following individualized care plans, maintaining clear documentation, and collaborating with the local office team to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Caregivers are expected to uphold Home Instead's standards of respect, dignity, and professionalism in every interaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior professional or family caregiving experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and any required training or certification for in-home care.
