Job summary

Right at Home North Jacksonville is seeking a caring, reliable Caregiver to provide in-home assistance to seniors and adults, helping maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. You will offer companionship, assist with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, and personal care as needed.

Requires 1 year of experience (entry level welcome), ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a smartphone for clock-ins.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and hobbies

• Assist with daily living tasks, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care (as needed)

• Help clients maintain their independence by assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming (if trained and certified)

• Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to care managers

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to our organization's safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
