Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical care in clients' homes in Indian Trail, NC. You control your schedule via the CareLinx app and can choose part-time or per-diem shifts as a 1099 contractor.

No medical training required beyond CNA/HHA or relevant education; you will perform ADLs, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and document tasks in the app. English communication and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual caregivers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

• Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

• Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
