Sun Terrace Hermiston is seeking caring individuals to assist senior residents with daily well-being, including ADLs, medication assistance, meals, and social activities. You will report to the wellness director and work on maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

Candidates with six months of senior caregiving experience are preferred; training is available for newcomers. English reporting is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the resident service plan including; assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition.
• Communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team member.
• Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
• Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines.
• Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees.
• Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents.

As a caregiver, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks. You will report to the wellness director.

You Will:
