Mountain Park Memory Care Community in Clackamas County, OR is looking for a compassionate NOC Caregiver to provide person-centered support to residents living with dementia. You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor wellbeing, and collaborate with the care team to maintain dignity and independence.

This role requires a high school diploma and a willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends. We offer ongoing training and a supportive environment focused on resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Encourage socialization and engagement among residents through activities, games, and conversations.
• Assist with mealtime, including eating assistance and hydration.
• Monitor and report changes in resident behavior, mood, or condition to the healthcare team.
• Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices in dementia care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and activities.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their social, spiritual, mental, and physical well-being.
