Job summary

REM West Virginia, part of Sevita, is seeking a Full Time Overnight Caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in waivers and group homes. You will build relationships, encourage independence, and help participants with daily living tasks.

The role offers competitive pay at $14.75/hour with on-demand pay options, full benefits, and a 401(k) with company match. Daytime and overnight shifts available and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services or direct care preferred.
• Skills: Cooking, cleaning, personal care support; ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure.

What You’ll bring to Sevita as a Caregiver at REM West Virginia

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Cooking, cleaning, assisting with personal care, such as eating, dressing, bathing and toileting and the ability to stay calm and problem solve in stressful situations
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance in some positions
