Job summary

Homecare Heroes of Texas LLC in Garland, TX is recruiting a compassionate caregiver to support adults with developmental disabilities in a home setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and ensure safety for residents.

You will follow care plans, document observations, communicate with family and healthcare professionals, and uphold HIPAA guidelines. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
