Job summary

Homecare Heroes of Texas is seeking caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and ensure safety and dignity at all times.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, administering medications as directed, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
