Homecare Heroes of Texas LLC in Dallas is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring safety and well-being. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA.

This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork. You must pass a background check and drug screen, have a valid driver's license, and be able to work independently as well as with a team.

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
• Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity and independence.

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
