Part Time 1st shift (7a-3p) and Part Time 3rd shift (11p-7a)

Must haves to be a Caregiver:

  • Passionate about working with the elderly.
  • Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in a healthcare setting (e.g., CNA, Nursing, Geriatrics).

What your day-to-day looks like as a Caregiver:

  • You provide compassionate and competent care for residents by performing services such as:
  • Bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing assistance
  • Assisting residents with dining
  • Providing wheelchair and walking escorts
  • Reminding residents about meals, activities, and medications
  • Answering resident call signals

General Working Conditions

This position entails standing for long periods. While performing duties, effective communication is required. The employee must be able to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle equipment and objects such as keyboards, telephones, papers, and files. Reaching with hands and arms is occasionally required. The position involves reviewing detailed documents and reading computer screens. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
