Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist a gentleman at his home in New Glarus. This part-time role requires heavy Hoyer transfer experience, empathy, and reliable service, with afternoon/evening hours 12–10pm on Tuesdays and 6am–noon on Monday & Tuesday.

Responsibilities include transfers, item retrieval, catheter management, and preparing simple meals. A background check and valid US work authorization are required.

Looking for a laid back easy going position, this is it! We're seeking a seeking a caregiver with heavy transfer Hoyer experience to assist a gentleman in his home 1-2 days a week at his home in NEW GLARUS.

Location: New Glarus

Hours: Noon- 10pm on Tuesdays, 6am-noon Monday & Tuesday

Compensation: $19.71

• Must pass a background check before hire
• Must have Valid Driver's license/vehicle insurance/reliable vehicle for errands
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
