Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin seeks a part-time Direct Care Worker to support one client at the client’s home in Oxford. Expect about 9 hours weekly, starting at $16.32 per hour, with mileage provided. This role focuses on personal care and daily living activities to help the member stay in their home.

Responsibilities include grooming assistance, meal prep, shopping, and running errands. Reliable transportation and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation, a vehicle, and insurance for errands and appointments.
• Client is very sensitive to perfumes and detergent smells.
• High levels of patience and empathy.

Schedule and Pay:

• Part Time 9 hours a week


• Starting at $16.32 hour


• Mileage provided!


• Long term employment with ONE client


• Located in residents home in Oxford

Responsibilities:

• Assistance with Grooming


• Meal Prep


• Grocery shopping, medication pick-ups, errands

Requirements:

• Client is sensitive to pet hair (use of lint roller before shifts)


• Client is Very sensitive to perfumes and detergent smells.


• High levels of Patience and empathy


• Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a criminal background check


• Must have reliable transportation, vehicle and insurance to take member on errands and doctor appointments
