Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a compassionate Direct Care Worker to join our team in Wisconsin. You will support members to remain in their homes by providing safe caregiving and personal assistance, with flexible start times across assigned shifts.

The role includes transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, ROM, catheter bag management, shopping support, meal prep, and safe client transfers. Prior caregiving experience and a background check are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred/highly desirable
• Must pass a background check

• Sponge or in-shower bathing
• Dressing, grooming
• Assist with toileting
• ROM in AM
• Empty catheter bag

Looking for an experiencedCaregiver or Direct Support Professional that is easy going, animal loving and enjoys helping others. Position is FLEXIBLE on Start times!!

Location: Columbus WI

Schedule/Shifts:

• Saturday and Sunday
• Monday and Thursdays
• Flexible start time hours, Up to 30 minutes mileage one way.
• 3.5 hours in AM & 3 hours in PM

Job Duties:

• Transfers to and from bed and wheelchair, and toilet
• Sponge or in-shower bathing
• Dressing, grooming
• Assist with toileting
• ROM (range of motion) in AM
• Empty catheter bag
• Accompany shopping
• Meal prep
• Assist transfer of client safely

Requirements:
