Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Denver is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and companionship. You will help with ADLs, follow care plans, and promote a safe, respectful environment.

We offer paid training, benefits and growth opportunities as part of a caring team that values dignity and independence for seniors. CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain is required; must be 18+ with a High School Diploma/GED.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain required.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
