Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will follow care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through meaningful interactions and activities.

Strong communication with families and care leaders is essential. CPR/First Aid is required or obtainable, with paid training and growth opportunities offered by Sunrise.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and document changes accurately.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already current.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Engage Memory Care residents with enriching activities.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Pay Range:

15.05 - 18.90
