Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver in Parma, OH, to help residents with daily activities and personal care. You will follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence, while engaging residents in conversation and activities.

The role supports dining, maintains a clean environment, and requires strong communication with families and care teams. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow ISP and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range

14.10 - 17.65
