Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, following Individualized Service Plans and documenting changes. The role focuses on promoting safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents in daily activities and conversations.

Responsibilities include assisting with dining, maintaining a clean environment, and effective communication with families and care teams. Memory care residents receive enriching experiences as part of daily care.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
