A&B Homecare Solutions is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care in the Waterbury and Danbury areas. You will bring comfort, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming home environment for clients who need support with daily living.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, caregiver rewards, and flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.

Formación

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comfort and companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Support safe, clean, and welcoming living spaces.
• Give medication reminders and promote healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
