Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to support a member in Cuba City, Wisconsin. This part-time role offers up to 8 hours per week, starting at $16.32 per hour, with long-term engagement for a single client.

You will provide personal care assistance in the client’s home, require reliability, and be comfortable around pets. Transportation and insurance to accompany the member to errands and appointments are needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous caregiving experience.
• Provider who is able to work independently and reliably complete daily tasks.
• Provider who will be reliable for showing up on time.
• Comfortable with dogs and birds.
• Must have reliable transportation, vehicle and insurance to take member on errands and doctor appointments.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a criminal background check.
