Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin seeks a compassionate, reliable caregiver to support individuals in maintaining independence and quality of life in their homes. Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom cleaning.
• Assist with floor care and laundry.
• Provide standby assistance during bathing (no hands-on bathing).
• Prepare meals and assist with ready-to-heat meals.
• Help with grocery deliveries and putting items away.
• Run errands, including pharmacy pickups.
• Transport to medical appointments in Dodgeville and Muscoda areas, assist with wheelchair and portable oxygen tank.

Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated caregiver who is compassionate, values helping others, and enjoys meaningful connections. The ideal candidate will be dependable, caring, and committed to promoting the individual's independence, well-being, and quality of life.

Schedule:

• Wednesday is required
• Second day is flexible based on caregiver availability

Compensation:

• $17.74 per hour

Bonus Opportunity - Up to $500

• $250 bonus upon certification completion
• Additional $250 bonus after working with the client for six months

Responsibilities:

• Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom cleaning
• Floor care
• Laundry assistance (on-site in building)
• Standby assistance during bathing (no hands-on bathing required)
• Meal preparation and assistance with ready-to-heat meals
• Bringing in grocery deliveries and putting items away
• Running occasional errands, including pharmacy pickups
• Transportation to medical appointments in the Dodgeville and Muscoda areas, including assistance with a wheelchair and portable oxygen tank
