Dial is seeking a Caregiver in Westminster, CO. This position provides personal care services under RN delegation, assisting residents with daily living activities and offering companionship to enhance well-being.

No nursing certificate is required, and the role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and professional communication to support seniors in a caring, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Knowledge of Basic First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to each resident according to the resident service plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in health, safety, and well-being of the residents.
• Respond promptly to call signals and resident emergencies, assisting with their immediate need or contacting emergency support.
• Support resident mobility by assisting with transfers, positioning, walking, and using mobility aids as needed.
• Assist with serving meals and bussing tables during mealtimes.
• Offer companionship and conversation while encouraging socialization among residents.
• Launder residents’ clothing, linen and towels; fold and return to residents.
• Complete minor housekeeping of residents’ apartments, providing a pleasant home environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, facility operations and personnel.
• Report on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs.
• Other duties as assigned.
