POSITION SUMMARY:

You will help implement customized care plans that promote the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of clients. Providing impeccable care, assisting with scheduled activities, and managing overall care are key responsibilities. You will treat clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow assigned tasks and care plans for clients.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Recognize client needs, maintain good relationships, and communicate observations to supervisors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to client needs.
• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification.
• Valid in-person Basic Life Support (First Aid & CPR) certification.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray (within 30 days).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness.
• Sound judgment and ability to remain calm.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Basic computer skills and technical savviness.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide references.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Three years of experience in home health care.
