Pennant is hiring a Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HCA) to assist clients in Concord, Davis, and the Greater Sacramento area. Start immediately and provide non‑medical support to help clients maintain independence and improve quality of life.

Eligibility requires at least 18 years old, active California HCA registration, Home Care Aide Registry clearance, TB testing, valid I-9 documentation, and completion of orientation.

Job Summary

As a Personal Care Attendant / Caregiver, you will provide non-medical assistance to clients in their homes and communities. Your support will help individuals maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect in compliance with agency policies and state regulations

Eligibility Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documentation

Required During Onboarding

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Clearance on the Home Care Aide Registry
• Current Tuberculosis (TB) test/clearance
• Completed required state forms:
• Completion of at least 5 hours of entry-level orientation training
