One You Love Homecare Rockwall - Heath is expanding in Cincinnati and seeks dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate non-medical home care for seniors. Responsibilities include ADLs, homemaker tasks, and engaging clients to improve daily living and mental well-being.

You will document care, communicate with families and management, and join a team that values caregiver growth and client dignity. Prior caregiving is preferred; a valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Two years caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and compassionate demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate care per client’s plan including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility assistance.
• Offer homemaker services like meal prep, light housekeeping and medication reminders.
• Engage clients with conversations and activities to support mental well-being.
• Document care tasks and communicate with client and management.

What You’ll Do As a Caregiver

• Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Offer homemaker services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.
• Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Professional: At least two years of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Reliable and Trustworthy: You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to excellence.

$16 - $18 Depending on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
