Job summary

One You Love Homecare Windermere seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients in their own homes. You will provide companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

This role offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, weekends and overnights, with pay ranging from $15 to $17 per hour. We provide training, support, and a caring team environment that treats caregivers like family.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care is preferred.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plans.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.

Job Summary

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
