One You Love Homecare Cincinnati is expanding in the Cincinnati area and seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors live comfortably at home. You’ll work with a family-like team and receive support to grow with the company.

We offer flexible schedules, strong client relationships, and opportunities for training and development while making a meaningful day-to-day impact on clients’ lives.

Qualifications

• Two years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be able to provide ADLs assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Excellent communication with clients and family members.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, individualized care per client plan.
• Assist with homemaker tasks: meal prep, light housekeeping, meds reminders.
• Engage clients with activities to support mood and well-being.
• Document tasks and communicate with management and clients.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver:

• Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.


• Offer homemaker services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.


• Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.


• Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Caring Heart: You’re passionate about helping seniors and creating a positive impact.


• Great Communicator: You can connect with clients and team members effortlessly.


• Experienced Professional: At least two years of caregiving experience is preferred.


• Reliable and Trustworthy: You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to excellence.

$16 - $18 Depends on experience. We’re currently building our client base and will work with you to find the perfect schedule to meet your needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
