One You Love Homecare Cincinnati is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our growing team. You will provide personalized care to seniors, helping with daily activities and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Caring, communicative, and trustworthy.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Offer homemaker services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Engage with clients through conversation and activities that support well‑being.
• Document care tasks and communicate with the client and management.

What You’ll Do As a Caregiver

• Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.

• Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.
• Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Great Communicator: You can connect with clients and team members effortlessly.
• Experienced Professional: At least two years of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Reliable and Trustworthy: You have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to excellence.

$16 - $18 Depending on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
