Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in Charlottesville, VA. You’ll assist with daily activities, follow ISP plans, promote safety and independence, and engage residents in conversations and activities.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:

16.05 - 20.10
