Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will help with daily activities, follow ISP plans, and promote safety and independence in a caring environment.

The role emphasizes communication with families, teamwork with care leaders, and engaging Memory Care residents in enriching activities. Competitive pay and benefits accompany opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain one.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
