Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Arizona Approved Certified Caregiver training; employer paid.
• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CPR / First Aid certification; or willingness to obtain, employer paid.
• Food Handler’s Card; or willingness to obtain, employer paid.
• Alignment with a faith-based Christian mission preferred.
• Final candidates will be required to submit to our security clearance process.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support for adults with developmental disabilities
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Support emotional, social, and physical well being
• Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
• Transport residents to appointments and offsite activities
• Collaborate with healthcare, vocational, and support teams
• Protect resident rights and follow all safety procedures
