Job summary

Senior Living Residences in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Resident Care Associate (CNA, HHA) to provide direct personal care for our senior residents in a safe, home-like setting. Part-time shifts include mixed second and third shifts, with pay starting at $20 per hour.

The Cambridge Homes' caring and compassionate Resident Care team members provide direct care to our senior residents in a safe, home‑like, and engaging work environment.

Available Shifts

Part Time: mixed second and third shifts

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Physical requirements: standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance).
• Communication: ability to communicate effectively with residents and co‑workers.
• Punctuality and reliability – residents rely on us to assist them with daily living activities, and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
