Job summary

Promise Care in Minnesota is seeking in-home caregivers to join our flexible, community-focused team in the Twin Cities area.

You will provide compassionate support to clients in their homes, assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and companionship, with shifts across mornings and afternoons. Competitive pay: $19–$21 per hour, daily pay options, and benefits including PTO and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Pass a state background check.
• Pass a drug screening test.

Responsibilities

• Caregivers provide services to clients in their homes and communities who need assistance due to age, illness, or disability.
• Assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and household activities.
• Ensure services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner according to agency policies and industry standards.

Client: Male / Parkinson's / Assist with ADL's

Client: 10yo boy |Down's |Feeding Tube |Leg Braces

Shifts: M-F 7:30A- 9:30A and 3P-5P

Apple Valley:

Client: Female/Parkinson's | Assist with ADL's and toileting

Maplewood:

Female clients for morning and afternoon | Assist with ADL's | transportation.

shifts:10am-2pm Mon/Fri/Sat. and Daily Sun-Sat 4pm-7pm

Minneapolis:

Clients: 3 and 4 year old boys |care after school to bedtime | play/entertain boys | help to self-regulate behaviors | meal prep | clean up after dinner/dishes | Assist with

bedtime/bath/dressing | parent in the home during care

Shifts: 2:30P-7:30P Mon-Thu

Male client- | dementia |assist with all ADL's

Shifts: 4 hour shifts 3X/week -days and times are flexible

Male client- |Lewy Body Dementia | Must have experience w/Parkinson’s | Dementia |

Shifts: 3p-8p 5 days/week- flexible on the days

Male client in Chaska -light housekeeping| meal prep |transportation/errands | diabetic | client is a heavy smoker

Shifts:10A-2P M/W/F

Male/Female clients in Wayzata - Alzheimer's | Parkinson's | ADL's | couple lives in a memory care facilty

Shifts: Daily 8a-12p & 4p-8p

Female client in Plymouth - | transportation | errands | 2 small/medium sized dogs |

Shifts: 11a - 1p Tue or Wed and Fridays

$19-$21/hour

Job Description:

Caregivers provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other afflictions.We also support children/teenagers who are unable to care for themselves and need support to navigate school and life.

Home care may include, but are not exclusive to:

• light housecleaning
• meal preparation
• transportation companionship
• household activities

Caregivers are responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant agency policies and industry standards.
