Job summary

Promise Care in Minneapolis, MN is hiring caregivers to support families in the Twin Cities with in-home care. Join a close-knit team that values respect, compassion, and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Caregivers provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and ADL assistance, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Valid driver's license, background check, and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Pass a state background check.
• Pass a drug screening test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care including light housecleaning, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship.
• Ensure services are delivered with care and respect according to agency policies and standards.
• Support clients with ADLs, mobility, meal preparation, and daily routines while maintaining a safe home environment.

We have an immediate need for caregivers throughout the Twin Cities area.

Client: Female | double amputee | Assist with ADL's | light housekeeping | cats/birds | transportation

Shifts: Fri. 7:30A- 8P and 8P - 8A, Sat/Sun 8A - 8P and 8P - 8A

Client: Male / Parkinson's / Diverticulitis / Assist with ADL's

Client: 10yo boy |Down's |Feeding Tube |Leg Braces

Shifts: M-F 7:30A- 9:30A and 3P-5P

Male client- | dementia |assist with all ADL's

Shifts: T/W/F 1pm - 3pm

Maplewood:

Female clients for morning and afternoon | Assist with ADL's | transportation.

shifts:10am-2pm Mon./Sat. and Daily Sun-Sat 4pm-7pm

Male client: Parkinson's | ADLs

Shifts: 10A - 2P 3 times/week

Fridley:

Shifts: 12p - 4p for 3 days/week

Minneapolis:

Clients: 3 and 4 year old boys |care after school to bedtime | play/entertain boys | help to self-regulate behaviors | meal prep | clean up after dinner/dishes | Assist with

bedtime/bath/dressing | parent in the home during care

Shifts: 2:30P-7:30P Mon-Thu $23-$25/hour

Wayzata/Plymouth:

Female clients in Wayzata - Alzheimer's | Parkinson's | ADL's | lives in a memory care facility

Job Description:

Caregivers provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other afflictions.We also support children/teenagers who are unable to care for themselves and need support to navigate school and life.

Home care may include, but are not exclusive to:

• light housecleaning
• meal preparation
• transportation companionship
• household activities

Caregivers are responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant agency policies and industry standards.

Requirements:
