Job summary

Home Instead in Boerne, Fredericksburg and Kerrville is seeking caregivers to provide companionship and practical support to aging adults in the community. Work close to home with flexible shifts, including days, evenings, overnights and weekends.

No prior experience required; training provided by Home Instead staff. Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance; background check and drug tests required. Competitive pay starting at $14.00–$17.00 per hour with weekend differential.
