Qualifications

• Ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Effective communication skills with clients in a friendly manner.
• Must pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
• Possession of a valid Texas driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Help with laundry and running errands.
• Offer medication reminders and assist with grooming and bathing.
• Support clients with toileting and incontinence care.
• Specialize in Alzheimer's care.

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Care Pros to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

What Our Clients Need Help With

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Laundry and running errands
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Alzheimer’s Care

Note: No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead*
