Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama, is seeking compassionate Caregivers to enhance the lives of seniors. You will work one-on-one with clients providing companionship and assistance with daily living activities, including light cooking, cleaning, and transportation for errands. Desired qualifications include a CNA or HHA license or equivalent experience in caring for elderly individuals. With flexible scheduling and performance bonuses, this position supports seniors in their homes while fostering meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with light cooking and cleaning.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands.

Job description

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You will work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

Qualifications
