Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Caregivers in Dahlonega, Georgia to enhance seniors’ lives through companionship and various non-medical services. Responsibilities include providing assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, light cooking, and transportation. Candidates should ideally have a CNA or HHA license, or relevant experience, along with strong communication skills. The position offers a flexible schedule and performance-based bonuses, along with necessary insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred, or 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time experience with seniors.
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Reliable transportation and proof of valid driver's license if transporting clients.
• Must be physically capable of performing job duties.
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time.

You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
