Job summary

Village Caregiving - Madison, WI is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver fluent in Spanish to support clients in Baraboo, WI, and nearby areas including Wisconsin Dells, Reedsburg, and Pardeeville.

Positions start part-time with potential to grow to full-time. Earn $15–$20/hour with referral and incentive bonuses, UNUM insurance benefits, and paid training. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, light housekeeping, errands, and meal preparation to ensure client safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency required.
• Experience in in-home caregiving or elderly care preferred.
