Job summary

Right at Home Akron is seeking qualified Caregivers (CNA, PCA, HHA) to join our family of compassionate professionals. Provide personal care and companionship in clients' homes, supporting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
• Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance (if applicable).
• Be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Providing companionship and social interaction.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Accompanying clients on errands and appointments.
• Providing dementia care and support.
