Responsibilities

• Supports CTS activities for a federal workforce client.
• Prepares meeting materials, agendas, talking points, and follow-up actions.
• Assists with planning virtual meetings, webinars, and stakeholder sessions.
• Drafts sections of presentations, reports, toolkits, and guides.
• Contributes to client-facing materials ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Supports quality control across deliverables and knowledge management.
