Job summary

Career Team Sunshine Coast, Queensland, is seeking a Training and Follow-Up Specialist to connect program participants with education and training opportunities and provide professional follow-up services. You will develop training-provider partnerships, guide participants through training options and ITA compliance, and deliver retention, re‑employment and outcome verification services onsite.

The role requires strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and you will document

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of WIOA, TANF, and SNAP programs.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training collaborations with providers.
• Guide participants through training options and ITA compliance.
• Deliver follow-up services for former participants.
• Document outcomes in state case management system.
• Produce reports and support Career Advisors.
• Meet program benchmarks and deadlines.
