Responsibilities

• Achieve programmatic and institutional placement rate goals for online programs.
• Assist alumni with career growth and development.
• Promote networking through social media and the institution’s website for students and alumni.
• Assist current students with part-time employment while in school.
• Instruct courses every six weeks covering professional documents, interviewing, job seeking skills and professionalism.
• Conduct and manage surveys for students, externs, graduates and employers for programmatic improvement.
• Build strong community and employer relationships to support student employment and placement opportunities.
• Plan graduation ceremonies and career fairs; engage with students regularly for retention.
• Coordinate with faculty and program leadership to monitor student progress and provide resources.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation-related activities and prepare reports as required.
