Job summary

C2 GPS is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) to join its career center team in Midland, Texas. The CSR builds relationships with customers to access workforce services within the career centers and through referrals to community partners.

Responsibilities include advising job seekers, identifying job opportunities, and guiding on resumes, applications, interview techniques, and attire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by telephone or in-person to assess customer goals, provide information and assist job seekers transitioning to a new position.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Provide and advise customers on the local job market, employment services and resources, and related services including resume development, application and interview techniques.
