• Identify departmental priorities and oversee program development to support student success and retention.
• Supervise coordinators and staff; evaluate programs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleges to collect and analyze post-graduation outcomes to adjust programs and services as needed.
• Write and review contracts, agreements, and grants; maintain financial oversight for budgets.
• Perform assessments to determine unit and program effectiveness and adjust offerings as required.
