Joyce University in Draper, Utah seeks a Career Services Manager to lead the Career Services team, shaping programs, partnerships, and resources that support career readiness and employment success for students and alumni. You will collaborate with students, alumni, faculty, employers, and campus partners to turn education into opportunities, using data to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule on our Draper campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in career services, student services, or workforce development.
• Ability to analyze employment trends and outcomes to inform programs.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders across campus and employers.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Career Services team and align programs with institutional goals and student needs.
• Develop and deliver career development programs, events, and employer partnerships.
• Promote Career Services resources and track outcomes with data-driven assessments.
• Coach and support staff through regular feedback and development.
• Partner with Marketing, Clinical Relations, and academic departments to strengthen engagement.
