Job summary

• Clear and professional communication with a wide range of audiences.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans that strengthen Career Services and align programs with institutional goals.
• Lead the development and delivery of career development programs, workshops, employer events, job fairs, networking opportunities, and other career-focused experiences.
• Provide individualized career guidance to students and alumni, helping them identify opportunities aligned with their education and career goals.
• Assist students and alumni with resumes, cover letters, job searches, and interview preparation through appointments and workshops.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to strengthen interviewing skills.
• Maintain current resources and job opportunities connecting students and graduates with employers.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, alumni, community partners, and professional organizations to expand opportunities.
• Organize career fairs, employer information sessions, networking events, and virtual career events.
