Job summary

Forward Service Corporation is seeking a Workforce Services professional to support WIOA participants in Oshkosh, WI. You will assess needs, determine eligibility, and document program steps to help clients progress toward employment.

You will use the Transition to Success model and a goal-tracking workbook to guide clients in setting personal development targets and sustaining progress. A two-yearrelated experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with two years of related work experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Determine client eligibility for WIOA services and document program requirements and steps.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored employment plans.
• Guide clients using the Transition to Success model and Map of My Dreams workbook to set and track goals.
