• Experience with CampusVue or similar career services systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Career Services Department and staff.
• Develop and oversee employability workshops, resume help, and interview training.
• Maintain an active employer outreach program to create job opportunities.
• Produce reports and metrics to guide department performance and compliance.
