Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Admissions to support recruitment of new students.
• Work closely with campus representatives to ensure compliant financial aid practices.
• Supervise staff and provide training for the department.
• Ensure the department delivers high-quality customer service to students and families.
• Award financial aid according to established packaging policies and regulations.
• Support recruitment/admission strategies through the financial aid process in coordination with Admissions Office.
